Using ddkk Terms & Conditions

Ddkk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Service") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform that ddkk.best— is operated by. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ddkk and its members.

General Bonus Rules

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Misuse of bonuses or fraudulently claiming promotional benefits
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on ddkk's systems, website, or app
• Creating or managing an account using another person's identity

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, ddkk will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

Ddkk members can request a temporary or permanent account closure at any time. This is an important part of responsible gaming.

Account Closed at Member's Request

• Cool-Off: Your account can be temporarily suspended for any period between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from betting for a set period (6 months to 5 years).
• Permanent Closure: The account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

In cases of rule violations, fraud, deception, or suspicious activity, ddkk reserves the right to close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 30 business days, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Ddkk provides its services on an "as is" basis. We always strive to deliver a seamless and reliable experience; however, ddkk accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

Ddkk's total liability shall in no circumstance exceed the member's total deposits over the preceding 30 days. ddkk bears no responsibility for any winnings or losses — all betting decisions and associated risks are entirely the member's own.

If a member wishes to dispute any decision or transaction made by ddkk, please contact our Customer Support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24 to 72 hours.

Complaint procedure
